Mr. Danis has a B.Sc. in Earth sciences with specialization in geology and a M.Sc. in Earth science with specialty in geochemistry from the University of Quebec in Montreal. With more than 20 years of exploration experience, Mr. Danis was VP Exploration for Minorca Resources, Vogue Resources and Unigold Resources.
Joseph Del Campo, CMA, CFO, Director
Mr. Del Campo has spent 19 years with Falconbridge Ltd. While with Falconbridge he spent six years as a controller & treasurer of Falconbridge Dominicana SA, a ferronickel operation in the Dominican Republic.

Michel Gauthier, PhD
Dr. Gauthier has a Ph.D in Earth Sciences with a specialization in Geophysic from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in 1982. He is professor of Economical Geology at Universite du Quebec since 1983. Dr. Gauthier is specialized in Gold and Base metal exploration amd was leading the discovery team in Eleonore gold deposit discovered by Virginia Gold Mine, a 7 million ounces gold deposit under development by Goldcorp.
Dr. Annick Chouinard PhD
Dr. Chouinard holds a Ph.D. in geology from McGill University and has over 18 years experience in the exploration industry and regional mapping. She has participated in various academic and industry projects in northern Canada, United States, Mexico, Nepal, Chili and Peru and is now a geological consultant specializing mainly on epithermal gold and Carlin-type mineralization. Her work ranges from grassroots exploration projects to large advanced mining developments including the Pascua-Lama deposit (Chili-Argentina), the Goldstrike mine and several projects in the Cortez belt (Nevada, USA). In addition, Dr Chouinard uses the 3D GoCad software to integrate geochemical, geophysical, geological data, and alteration results from visible/near infrared spectrometry toward 2D and 3D pattern recognition in order to assist geology teams during mapping and geological interpretation and generate targets for exploration.
François Goulet
Francois Goulet holds a Geology diploma from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM). He received several scholarships, honors and has traveled around the planet. He has mining experience, most specifically in gold and diamond for Virginia Gold Mines and SOQUEM. Mr. Goulet is now Senior Project Geologist and Head of operations for Unigold inc. in the Dominican Republic.
