Dr. Talal A. Alshair
Chairman of The Board of Directors

B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, an MBA and Ph.D. in International Business Administration. He is also the Chairman of the Board and the President of Shairco which is 100% family-owned Saudi Arabian limited liability company, founded in 1979 by Dr. Al Shair. Shairco is presently in the top 100 family-owned companies in Saudi Arabia. The Shairco group of companies had combined sales for 2004 of approximately Cdn$275 million and net profits of Cdn$65 million. Shairco is principally involved in Saudi Arabia in the areas of manufacturing, construction and real estate and has an interest in gold refinery. They also hold a significant interest (22.42% or 4.4 million shares equivalent to US$1 Billion) in the National Industrialization Company ("NIC") (www.nic.com.sa), a public company listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (www.tadawul.com.sa). He is a member of the Board of Directors of NIC, SARFA Co. Ltd. and also the Chairman of the Board of National Titanium Dioxide Co. Ltd. (CRISTAL), Saudi Union Co. and the Yanbu Chamber of Commerce. Shairco is also investing in and developing a number of Minerals & Mining Projects in Austrailia, Canada, and Saudi Arabia and a Petrochemical Complex in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.


Dr. Ibrahim M. Eitani
President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Eitani holds a B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mining Engineering from the University of Utah and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He held various academic research and teaching positions from Lecturer to Chairmanship of the Mining Engineering Department at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He had held numerous professional positions in the mining industry in the United States, Saudi Arabia and Africa and has been the General Manager of companies in the Chemical & Petrochemical industries. He has been active in project developments in the mining, chemical and petrochemical sectors and has published academic writings in these areas.


Daniel Danis, M.Sc.
Vice President Exploration & COO, Director

B.Sc. in Earth sciences with speciality in geology from University of Quebec in Montreal in 1981, and M.Sc. in Earth science with specialty in geochemistry from the same university in 1985. With more than 20 years of exploration experience in Canada & Internationally, Mr. Danis was Vice-president Exploration for Minorca Resources, Vogue Resources and Unigold Resources from 1994 to 2002. Mr. Danis Co-founded Unigold Resources Inc. in 1997 and initiated the merger with Caribgold to create Unigold Inc. in 2003 for the tenements in this country. He has been director of Mining Funds from 1991 to 1994 financing exploration development in Quebec.


Joseph Del Campo
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Director

CMA, is CFO of Unigold on a contract basis. He began his career with Falconbridge Ltd in 1974 and spent over 19 years at various financial positions including Controller and Treasurer of Falconbridge Dominicana, a ferronickel operation in the Dominican Republic. Between 1993 and late 1995 he was Secretary Treasurer of Cliff Resources Corp. In late 1995 he joined Minorca Resources Inc., a gold mining company with operations in Canada, United States, South America and Africa as Vice president Finance and CFO. He was also director of the company. In March 1999, Mr. Del Campo joined the Profit Recovery Group, Canada Inc as Senior Auditor and in September 2000 he continued in the same position with A/P Recovery Inc. In October 2002, he joined OMG Media Inc, an outdoor media advertising company as Vice President, Finance and CFO.


Edmond Saadah
Director

B.Sc. in statistics & operation research as well as an M.B.A (strategic management & marketing) from The University of Quebec in Montreal. Mr. Saadah has 20 years of expertise in the field of Strategic Marketing Planning & Business Development in The Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. During his professional career, Mr. Saadah occupied senior positions as head of Strategic Marketing & Planning and provided professional consultancy to major multinationals and local client’s (from Oman to Morocco and from Lebanon to Saudi Arabia).


Jose Ignacio Acero
Director

President of one of the Dominican Republics largest metal trading company, based in Santo Domingo. 20 years experience in metal trading. He is also heavily involved in advancing to production the Los Lagunas project which is planning to recover in excess of 1 million ounces of gold from the old tailings pond of Pueblo Viejo Gold Mine. He is also the key to our relationship with the current government administration.
